Located in Maureillas-las-Illas in the Pyrénées-Orientales, this 65 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room, and an additional bedroom with bunk beds suitable only for children up to 40 kg. The bathroom is newly renovated. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. The main room offers a stunning mountain view, and a lovely veranda opens onto the park—perfect for birdwatching. Outside, relax in your private garden of about 2,000 m² with a wooden table, sun loungers, and games. A ping-pong table and badminton net are exclusively for your use. Bike storage is available. The family barbecue can be used at any time. On-site parking is provided. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please note: to access the bathroom, you must pass through the small room with bunk beds. Your hosts live on site and are available to advise you during your stay if you wish. Access is best by car; the last 200 meters are on an unpaved road. Welcome gifts await you, along with—depending on the season—organic vegetables, herbs, and fruit from the garden. The house is in a former Catalan farmhouse 2 km from the village, surrounded by countryside but not isolated. The nearby town of Céret (3 km) is lively and culturally rich, with an extraordinary market. We have a dog, cat, and horses, so unfortunately we cannot accept pets. We can accommodate riders and their horses.
