Located in Maureillas-las-Illas in the Pyrénées-Orientales, this 65 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room, and an additional bedroom with bunk beds suitable only for children up to 40 kg. The bathroom has been newly renovated. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. The main room offers a stunning mountain view, and a beautiful veranda opens onto the park—perfect for birdwatching. Outside, relax in your private garden of about 2,000 m² with a wooden table, sun loungers, and games. A ping-pong table and badminton net are exclusively for your use. Bicycle storage is available. The family barbecue is accessible at any time. On-site parking is provided. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please note: access to the bathroom is through the small bunk bedroom. Your hosts live on-site and are available to offer advice during your stay if you wish. Access is easiest by car, with the last 200 meters on an unpaved road. Welcome gifts await you, as well as, depending on the season, organic vegetables, herbs, and fruits from the garden. The accommodation is in a former Catalan farmhouse 2 km from the village, set in the countryside but not isolated. The small town of Céret, 3 km away, is culturally vibrant and lively, with an extraordinary market. Sardana dance initiation possible. Musical evenings in the village. We have a dog, cat, and horses, so we regret that we cannot accept pets. Riders and horses are welcome.
